Eric Walz

Eric Walz joined the Buyer’s Broker in 2000 bringing years of Real Estate experience with

residential, income property, commercial, property management, new construction and

remodeling. Previously he was in the automotive industry for over 15 years, including 6 years

with Mercedes-Benz as a Field Service Manager.

A member of The Ann Arbor Area Board or Realtors, National Association of Exclusive Buyer

Agents, and National Association of Realtors, and a licensed Residential Builder, Eric is broadly

and uniquely knowledgeable.

He enjoys helping each buyer with their specific interests and needs. A native of Ann Arbor, Eric

holds degrees from Ferris State University. With his wife Kathy, they live in Scio Township with

their three children. Eric has coached Baseball, Basketball and Football. He runs marathons,

enjoys travel, boating, hiking, photography, camping and numerous sports.

Brian Everard

A graduate of Michigan State University, Brian Everard has over a decade of experience

in automotive manufacturing. He is also active in residential and investment property

management. After one too many situations where he or his friends and family didn’t seem to

receive adequate representation in real estate transactions, Brian learned about The Buyer’s

Broker. Committed to helping other buyers have adequate representation, Brian joined The Buyer’s

Broker in January 2011.

Brian lives in Dexter with his wife and three children. A native of south eastern Michigan he is

closely acquainted with the Real Estate market and business, where he serves this community

through excellent representation and successful transactions for buyers.

 Mona Walz

Currently Mona Walz is retired but continues to attend staff meetings and function in an

advisory capacity. She delivers keen insight, from decades of experience and her relentless

commitment to making sure buyers are well represented in each transaction. With her Masters

in Urban Planning she has chaired the Ann Arbor City Planning Commission and is currently

a member of the Washtenaw County Planning Advisory Board. For many years she served as

Vice-Chair of the county’s Board of Public Works. She serves on the boards of Religious Action

for Affordable Housing, Housing Bureau for Seniors, and the Memorial Advisory and Planning

Society. She is also an active member of AAUW and the LWV.
